Error: perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
Run either one of these in terminal:
Solution for bash echo “export LC_ALL=C” >> ~/.bash_profile
Solution for tcsh: echo “setenv LC_ALL C” >> ~/.tcshrc
Extended information:
Perl needs to know which language to use when dealing with data etc.
To see what languages you have installed on your computer, run locale -a.
